When Dr. Cox is visited by one of his regular patients something strange happens, he can’t find out what is wrong with him, so J.D and Turk immediately try and find out what is wrong with Dr. Cox’s patient in order to once be better then him. Elliot and Carla sets out on a mission to get the board to let Dr. Kelso stay on as Chief Of Medicine while Dr. Kelso himself thinks about his time at Sacred Heart.

J.D. starts to have doubts about his masculinity after Dr. Cox mocks him about it. Turk on the other hand tries to overcompensate his masculinity with the break room remote. The Janitor starts his own hospital newspaper, called “The Janitorial”.

When Turk decides to learn Spanish, he soon realizes that being bilingual can only work to his advantage. Elsewhere, Dr. Cox decides to steal all of Dr. Kelso’s food.
